Website Design
Custom website design and layout for small businesses and organizations. Services may include visual design, page structure, content layout, and launch support. Hosting, domains, and third party subscriptions are handled separately unless stated in writing.
Brand and Logo Design
Logo concepts and brand identity support, including color, typography, and basic brand guidelines. Final files are provided in formats suitable for web and print.
Graphic Design
Design for print and digital materials such as flyers, posters, social graphics, brochures, presentations, and campaign materials.
Apparel and Printed Goods
Design for branded merchandise such as shirts, hats, mugs, pens, stickers, and other promotional items. Printing and fulfillment may be completed through third party vendors unless stated in writing.
Pricing and Payments
All projects are custom quoted based on scope, complexity, and timeline. You will receive a written quote outlining deliverables, pricing in USD, and payment terms before any work begins. A deposit may be required to start work. The remaining balance is due based on the agreed project milestones or final delivery.Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

How to Get Started
Send a brief message with what you need, your timeline, and any examples or references. I will follow up with a few questions if needed, then provide a written proposal with deliverables, timeline, and payment terms. Work begins after the proposal is approved and any initial payment requirements are met.
Turnaround and Delivery
Turnaround depends on project scope and is confirmed in writing before work begins.
Digital deliverables are provided electronically in the formats appropriate for your project, such as PNG, JPG, PDF, or vector files.
For apparel and printed goods, production and shipping timelines depend on the vendor used and the selected shipping method.
Policies and Customer Information
Refund and Dispute Policy
Because services are customized and time is reserved for your project, refunds are not available once work has started.
If you cancel before work begins, any payment received can be refunded minus payment processing fees.
If there is a concern about deliverables or charges, please contact m2life first. I aim to respond within 1 to 2 business days and work toward a fair resolution.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a project at any time in writing.
If work has not started, the refund policy above applies. If work has started, you will receive any completed work that has been paid for to date. Any remaining unpaid work will not be completed unless agreed in writing.
Returns for Physical Goods
If m2life is responsible for ordering physical goods, returns or replacements are available only for items that arrive defective or incorrect. Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery and should include photos.
If a third party vendor fulfills the order, their return and replacement policy may apply.
Legal and Export Restrictions
m2life does not provide services or goods for unlawful purposes. Availability may be limited by vendor restrictions, shipping limitations, or local regulations.
Privacy Policy
m2life collects client information only to communicate about projects, deliver deliverables, and process payments.
m2life does not sell or share personal information. Payment details are processed securely by Stripe. m2life does not store any card information.
